A Systems Test Technician is needed for a biomedical/biotechnology engineering firm and multinational manufacturer of medical devices in the Maple Grove, MN area. This role supports medical device product development through hands-on testing, lab operations, and quality assurance, working collaboratively to ensure product safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

responsibilities:
- Actively promote and participate in a cross-functional teamwork environment.
- Support testing efforts to meet product requirements for design verification.
- Execute testing in accordance with documented work instructions.
- Assist engineers in developing and executing Design Validation and Verification activities.
- Perform various tasks to support daily lab operations, including:
- Lab organization.
- Assembling equipment and fixturing.
- Stocking lab supplies and ordering equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a passion for solving problems and a bias for action.
- Hands-on approach to work.
- strong communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Desire to learn new skills.
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Associate's (2-year) technical degree preferred.
- Previous experience operating testing equipment.
- 0-2 years of experience in quality, product development, or related fields (medical device or regulated industry experience preferred).
- Experience with solid modeling software (SolidWorks).
