A Planner is needed for a leader in power and automation technologies in the New Berlin, WI area. This role involves providing production scheduling support, managing SAP MRP processes, ensuring materials and documentation availability, and monitoring schedule adherence to meet production delivery goals.

responsibilities:
- Provide production scheduling support at both Glendale and Lincoln production locations during the transition period.
- Review customer and stock orders, and monitor the generation and execution of production orders via SAP MRP.
- Release manufacturing work orders as part of the daily plant-level materials requirement planning (MRP).
- Ensure material, resources, and engineering documentation are available in production areas before the release of production orders.
- Monitor daily adherence to production schedules and perform root cause analysis for deviations.
- Take follow-up actions or escalate issues to team leads based on analysis of deviations.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operation and meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain and track production and scheduling data to ensure alignment with production goals.

- Self-motivated personality.
- SAP experience.
- Experience working in manufacturing and/or supply chain environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft office Experience a plus.
