responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols within the lab, ensuring compliance with Test Procedures for setting up and conducting testing of Current Transformers, Bushings, and Accessories.
- Develop test schedules to optimize capacity while satisfying customer and business requirements.
- Manage a small Test Team and actively participate in product testing, as well as the installation of cables, voltage connectors, safety straps, and lift slings on large products.
- Gather data and oversee the utilization of Operational Checklists and Inspection criteria to uphold quality standards.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports, collaborating with engineers and management to fulfill objectives.
- Strictly adhere to all essential safety protocols.
