A Manufacturing Technician is needed for a biomedical/biotechnology engineering firm and multinational manufacturer of medical devices in the Spencer, IN area. This role supports the design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems, ensuring quality compliance and documentation, while providing guidance to junior team members and improving processes.

responsibilities:
- Design, develop, debug, modify, test, build, and assemble electrical circuits, systems, and prototypes using current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies.
- Work from schematics, diagrams, and written/verbal instructions to complete electrical development tasks.
- Document, test, evaluate, analyze, and verify electrical/electronic systems, circuits, prototypes, and components.
- Write reports, memos, and change requests following approved procedures and standards.
- Track and troubleshoot electrical development efforts, test setups, and circuit/device issues using tracking management tools.
- Maintain organized records of test results, procedures, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and product quality by adhering to quality policies and systems.
- Ensure compliance to quality systems in all work activities.
- AA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- With 2-3 years in a related discipline.
