Electromechanical parts manufacturing client is looking for a "hands on" Engineering Supervisor to lead and support an equipment service and support team. 5+ years of experience related to mechanical process equipment & systems used in automated and industrial environments (Pumps, mixers, conveyors, etc) and an understanding of how to analyze product failure and underlying cause. responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for leading the service and failure analysis of electromechanical automation equipment as well as leading a team of technicians
- You will be expected to effectively coach, mentor, and lead the department in professional development and continuous improvement
- Support Sales and Service activities by providing cost and schedule estimates, technical solutions, engineering services, Root Cause, and Failure Analysis
- Understanding of how equipment integrated into larger equipment and knowledge of customer base
