Permanent Position: An Environmental Health and Safety Manager (EHS Manager) is needed for a manufacturing facility in Griffin, GA. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing and creating safety protocols, regulatory agencies, and plant environmental.

responsibilities:
- Manage the Environmental Health and Safety program for a manufacturing plant
- Works within company, state and OSHA regulations to design, implement and train on plant safety.
- Manages existing safety programs and creates new safety protocols
- Works closely with the plant safety coordinator
- Certified Safety Professional (CPS), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) is a huge plus
- Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in EHS.
