responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to meet product specifications in quality, safety, team building, continuous improvement, and machine efficiency (operational and mechanical).
- Collaborate with the Press team to fulfill project needs and assist in delivering top-quality solutions for customers
- Provide leadership in Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, ISO quality systems, innovation, and the application of current technology.
- Support a culture of innovation, driving the development of new products and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Deep mechanical and technical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize equipment operations.
- Effective time management, balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and technical accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse individuals.
- High level of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to both internal and external inquiries.
- Clear, concise communication, both verbally and in writing, to interact with all levels of the company.
