A Manufacturing Associate is needed for a medical technology company focused on the repair, regeneration and replacement of soft and hard tissue in the Fort Worth, TX area. The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for aseptic processing of a biologic product in a GMP environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining production records, operating cleanroom equipment, and supporting manufacturing activities, including training and documentation.

responsibilities:
- Prepare biologic products according to production schedules and GMP regulations.
- Initiate, create, review, and follow batch records and labels to ensure compliance with GMPs.
- Manufacture cell-based products per Master Batch Records and Operating Procedures.
- Prepare and conduct in-process testing for media, reagents, substrates, and sanitizing agents.
- Operate cleanroom equipment and assist with equipment maintenance and validation tasks.
- Author and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications, protocols, and technical reports.
- Maintain accurate production records in compliance with GMP guidelines and safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to all protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements, including GMPs and safety procedures.
- Perform performance checks on production equipment to identify and address defects promptly.
- strong understanding of GMP standards and compliance.
- Proficient in documentation and technical writing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related Life Sciences field is preferred.
- 10-16 years of experience in manufacturing (cell science experience preferred).
- GMP and regulated industry experience required.
