A Repair Center Technician for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Redmond, WA area. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company products at an in-house service center, following established procedures and preparing reports on product performance and failure trends.

responsibilities:
- Perform in-house servicing and repair of company products at a designated repair site or service center.
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures.
- Conduct maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired products to ensure functionality.
- Prepare detailed reports to analyze product failure trends and serviceability issues.
- Communicate with field-based technicians, as needed, to gather additional details for diagnostics and repair.
- Follow clearly defined procedures, tasks, and guidelines to aid in decision-making.
- Select and apply solutions from pre-established options for straightforward situations.
- Adhere to technical procedures and detailed rules/instructions to complete assignments.
