Electro Mechanical Technician for a leading manufacturer of custom processing equipment based in Louisville, KY. This position is responsible to set up equipment for testing using work orders. To be considered - must have experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and comprehend mechanical and electrical schematics
- Knowledge working with motors and 480v systems
- Lean experience
- OJT certification

responsibilities:
- Set equipment up for tests using work orders and confirm the proper paperwork is complete.
- Handle Safety Data Sheet Materials properly.
- Assist Project Engineers in running tests and collecting data.
- Install instrumentation on equipment as necessary.
- Perform troubleshooting on PLCs, controllers, motors, and other 3-phase components.
- Complete inventory audits on test materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance procedures on all lab and rental equipment.
