A growing manufacturer is looking for a Sales Engineer. Candidates should have a BS Engineering degree and at least 3 years in the Sensor market (Hall Effect, Proximity, Magnetic Pickup, etc.) Should live on the East Coast and be able to travel 20-30% of the time. This is a remote position. Should have a hunter's mentality. 15-20% bonus and full benefits.

responsibilities:
Demonstrate the ability to address each customer's unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer's specific needs and interests.
Hunter mentality.
Meet and exceed company KPIs.
Develop new business with existing and new customers.
Engage and work with business partners where appropriate.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Operations to establish a working knowledge of company products and procedures.
Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure company's internal CRM is updated.
Follow-up with clients to ensure consistent and ongoing coverage of accounts including new sales opportunities.
Understand and participate as required in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, and RFP responses.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's customers, the prospects, the partners, and the influencers.
Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction with all accounts.
