Key qualifications include 8+ years of experience in the municipal, consulting, or related civil engineering field, a background in heavy civil (grading, land development), and experience with design and construction. Professional Engineer registration in the state of California and a B.S. in Civil Engineering are required.

In this role, you will act as the Owner's Representative for resort projects, managing design and development from concept to construction. Key responsibilities include design review, code compliance, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining design standards. You will oversee utilities infrastructure, grading, and water quality management, conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and provide consulting on codes and structures. A BS in Civil Engineering and current Professional Engineer registration in California are required.
