responsibilities:
- Perform appliance and component testing protocols in support of product development and continuous improvement programs.
- Ability to troubleshoot product performance issues and correlate abnormal behavior with potential root causes
- Provide training as required for new permanent and temporary personnel utilizing proper brewer techniques, test procedures and methods, as well as data recording requirements
- Record and organize quality data. Report results to management.
