responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required
- Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and document maintenance records
- Perform or assist in the installation, relocation, and reinstallation of equipment
- Repair and maintain support equipment such as air compressors, air dryers, vacuum systems, HVAC, and DI water systems
- Adhere to safety and health rules and regulations
- Comply with company security procedures
- Operate independently and handle tasks with limited supervision
- Work on injection molding processes, including extraction and troubleshooting
- Conduct hydraulic and general industrial maintenance and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot motors and mechanical components
- Work proficiently with electrical systems
- Provide creative and proactive contributions for continuous improvement
- Manage tasks during a rotating 12-hour shift schedule

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
