responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple capital projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate packaging equipment projects, including inline scales, bubble wrappers, and slicers.
- Lead utility-related projects such as wastewater treatment upgrades, SCADA system implementation, and transformer replacements.
- Oversee electrical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with food industry regulations and standards throughout all project phases.
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving during project execution.
- Maintain project budgets ranging from $500,000 to $1 million, ensuring financial accountability.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and contractors.
- Perform regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
- Report on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are adhered to during all project activities.
