Required:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in materials management or a related field.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications or education in supply chain management is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for EI Hardware Products.
- Operational Procurement: Support RFQ processes, conduct competitive bidding, analyze bids, and onboard new suppliers.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and suppliers to optimize lead times, reduce supply chain risks, and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive improvements.
- Supplier Accountability: Establish metrics and mechanisms to ensure supplier performance and on-time delivery.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate logistics, including packaging arrangements, export permits, and required documentation for shipments.
- Warehouse Operations: Manage receiving, inventory control, picking, resupply, and shipping activities.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, liaise with buyers, and manage obsolescence and scrap processes.
