Our client, a leader in essential plasma-derived medicines, is seeking a Verification and Validation Engineer in the San Diego, California area. Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience in verification or validation and 1+ year of experience in product development or GMP. A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) is required.

responsibilities:
Collaborates with Systems Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to plan, execute, and document product verification and validation (V&V). Defines strategies, reviews requirements, develops test systems, and ensures traceability to specifications, risk mitigations, and regulatory needs. Performs and analyzes testing, tracks progress, and summarizes results. Delivers and reviews V&V plans, protocols, and reports, resolving deviations and managing timelines. Supports systems engineering by conducting development testing to optimize designs and trade-offs.
