A Capital Project Supervisor is needed for a leading water utility on Cape Cod, MA (near Bourne, MA). The Capital Project Supervisor oversees large-scale water and wastewater engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on time. This role involves supervising project teams, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A project management certification or a Professional Engineer license is desirable. A minimum of five years of relevant experience, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity, is required for this position.
