A Quality Assurance Senior Engineer for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Chandler, AZ area. This role focuses on ensuring product quality through process improvement, testing, defect analysis, and supplier collaboration while operating independently to implement effective solutions.

responsibilities:
- Design and install sophisticated testing equipment.
- Perform product testing and analysis to maintain quality standards and minimize defects and failure rates.
- Analyze reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers on quality issues to ensure effective corrective actions and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs.
- Work as an individual contributor, using judgment and professional expertise.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Apply understanding and concepts of the discipline to ensure effective outcomes.
- Make evaluative judgments based on factual analysis.
- University degree or equivalent practical knowledge gained through experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
