We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role, supporting domestic and international projects within the automotive manufacturing industry. This role requires planning, organizational, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Technical degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent work experience in fields such as automotive, industrial, or procurement.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with new model body shop production preparation.
- Background in manufacturing shop projects or mass production.
- Expertise in planning equipment costs and budgetary estimates.
- Knowledge of vehicle structure and processing.
- Advanced engineering degree or formal project management training.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, analyze information, and develop innovative solutions.

responsibilities:
- Plan layouts and equipment needs for projects, utilizing current data through benchmarking and site evaluations.
- Develop overall process layouts and assess the need for equipment modifications or new installations.
- Evaluate multiple equipment plans to meet project KPIs in collaboration with team members.
- Implement new processes or improvements based on experience and existing procedures.
- Manage and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to support team development.
- Identify critical decision-making criteria and conduct studies to support project success, emphasizing the critical path.
