A Quality Control Coordinator is needed for a leading provider of products and services to the energy industry in the Sonora, TX area. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for analyzing quality data, implementing quality systems, conducting statistical studies, addressing quality issues, and overseeing vendor compliance to ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement.

responsibilities:
- Plan, review, and analyze quality-related data to ensure compliance with standards.
- Identify quality issues, propose resolutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation.
- Conduct statistical studies using tools like Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and other Quality Improvement Process methodologies.
- Analyze trends and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and manage Quality Assurance or Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9000, API, ESME) for the site or specific projects.
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Use data-driven approaches to enhance quality performance and prevent recurrence of issues.
