A Purchasing and Supply Coordinator is needed for a multinational corporation that produces mirrors as well as a variety of construction, high-performance, and other materials in the Malvern, PA area. The Purchasing and Supply Coordinator is responsible for executing strategic purchasing, managing inventory control, and supporting the scaling of the one precision assemblies product line in a fast-paced start-up environment, requiring organizational skills.

responsibilities:
- Execute purchasing activities aligned with business goals to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify material needs and optimize purchasing decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, etc.) to align purchasing and inventory with production schedules and growth targets.
- Support the scaling efforts of the business by ensuring supply chain and procurement processes are aligned with broader company goals.
- Thrive in a dynamic start-up setting, maintaining organization and focus despite the high pace.
- Adapt quickly to changing demands and new challenges as the business grows.
- A degree is required.
- With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a similar field.
