In this role, you'll work closely with Production Control, Planning, and the Bonding Department to resolve consumption issues on the factory floor. You'll utilize SAP to ensure accurate transaction processing, ensuring smooth part consumption for jobs. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and collaborating with the team to optimize processes. Hands-on SAP and excel experience is required, and experience in the aviation manufacturing industry is a plus!

responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to Bonding, Production Control, and Planning teams to improve and support consumption activities in SAP.
- Collaborate with Stockroom, Bonding, and Assembly staff to disseminate training on SAP consumption activities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP consumption plans.
- - Report on SAP error metrics. Establish, maintain and communicate a comprehensive work stoppage status; identify options for resolution.
- Assist in root cause analysis on Staging, Consumption, or Completion issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting process for Consumption errors and provide solutions to Production Control and Operations teams.
- Support status briefs for management, and work on special issues, projects, or presentations.
- Requirements:
- Must have SAP experience
- strong analytical skill set mandatory; prefer advanced Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Knowledge of aviation manufacturing, supply chain, planning, engineering, and quality concepts; machine, sheet metal, casting, forging, forming, composite, and/or raw material commodities
- Priority management and ability to resolve conflicts (internally & externally)
- Familiar with ERP systems and SRM
- Ability to negotiate with and persuade others
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Team player and ability to coach others
- Innovative & solution-oriented
- strong sense of time organization and urgency
