Permanent Position for a Continuous Improvement Engineer in Newington, CT. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with reliability, maintenance, and equipment improvement projects for high-speed automation manufacturing facilities. 4 year degree in Engineering is preferred, or equivalent experience. Hands-on understanding of high-speed, high-volume manufacturing processes is essential.

responsibilities:
- Electrical and mechanical upgrades and repairs on machinery (envelope machines, laser printers, binders, high-speed machinery (cutting, folding, finishing, and insterting equipment), industrial printers and packaging machinery, pick and place machines, etc.
- Oversees Equipment Installations and validation
- Electrical Controls troubleshooting and repair
- Lean and Process Improvement projects
- Participates in safety initiatives
