A Transport Analyst is needed for a multinational corporation that is involved in the design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and sales of athletic apparel, equipment, accessories, and services in the Boston, MA (hybrid) area. The Transportation Analyst will manage and improve the transportation network, monitor key performance indicators, build strong partner relationships, and solve transportation challenges to ensure timely and efficient product delivery across the supply chain.

responsibilities:
- Help run, improve, and develop the transportation network to enhance supply chain operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of products across all legs of the transportation journey (First, Mid, Final Mile).
- Monitor and assess KPIs to ensure transportation performance aligns with efficiency and service goals.
- Drive improvements by evaluating data and identifying areas for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external transportation providers.
- Foster collaboration with partners to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in transportation or logistics, preferably in the footwear industry.
