job summary:
This position involves robotic programming, equipment preparation, and feasibility studies to ensure seamless production processes for new model launches.

1 year contract!

Hybrid Role: Monday and Friday-work from home

Tuesday-Thursday- In Office



Requirements:

• Associate technical degree (or equivalent technical work experience of at least 1 year).
  
  
• Hands-on experience with robotic programming of industrial robots using teach pendants/coding.
  
  
• Experience with virtual robotic programming using any 3D simulation software.
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related technical field.
  
  
• Experience in CAROTT SEIBI, Machine Seibi, or Body Weld maintenance.
  
  
• Proficiency in Carott3 or Visual Components (BisFactory) software.
  
  
• Body Shop project/mass production experience.

responsibilities:

DE Study & Virtual Programming:

• Develop virtual robot programs and confirm process feasibility using 3D simulation software (preferably Delmia).
  
  
• Validate digital factory conditions for accuracy.

Documentation & Process Support:

Create Weld Schedule Instruction Sheets and supplemental documentation.

Conduct New Model process planning studies and support equipment preparation activities.

Machine Seibi & On-Site Programming:

Program industrial robots at vendor facilities and manufacturing centers.

Confirm and prepare new or modified Body Weld equipment.

Develop equipment countermeasures during planning, setup, and trial phases.

Travel & Overtime:

Travel up to 30%, including international travel to Japan, Canada, and Mexico.

Work up to 50% overtime, including weekends and holidays, based on project demands.
