Commissioning Coordinator needed in Kansas City MO or Houston TX to support major construction projects for a leading Engineering firm. This person will support the commissioning field efforts from the office, managing the documentation and data in the appropriate software databases. Experience in working on a construction site is preferred. strong technical aptitude is required. This is an in office position.

responsibilities:
- Ability to use software for tracking and organizing commissioning documents and test records.
- Ability to clearly communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Ensuring all project activities including construction, commissioning and startup are accurately documented.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other scheduling tools.
- Competence in preparing documentation, such as progress reports, test plans, and punch lists.
- Ability to handle disputes or misunderstandings between project stakeholders to maintain positive relationships.
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Quickly identifying and resolving issues that arise
- Ability to assess complex situations and make decisions that will keep the project on track.
