Quality Specialist for a leading manufacturing company based near Versailles, KY. This role is responsible for managing the entire quality claims process including reviewing claims, investigating issues, and coordinating with different departments to resolve them.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Must have at least two (2) years of quality experience
- Experience within an automotive or related manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of AIAG tools such as PPAP, APQP, PFMEA
- Experience handling quality complaints

responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing claims, investigating issues, and coordinating with different departments
- Main point of contact for customers, providing updates and information about their quality claims
- Coordinate root cause analysis for customer complaints
- Prepare credit notes or replace materials for external customers
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, and corporate/customer requirements
- Negotiation with clients regarding materials involved in complaints
- Ensure that all complaints have the required documentation completed
