Pay Rate: 30/hr - 45/hr DOE ($40+ range would need extensive experience and experience with Trumpf, Amada, Mazak or Bystronic)

Required:
- (2) years of Computer Aided Design experience (Solidworks, Solidedge etc)
- High School diploma required.
- CAD/CAM programming

responsibilities:
- Conduct training courses for customers and personnel on operating and maintaining tube and wire forming systems, using the Elements software suite for programming and production management, and other relevant topics.
- Assist in developing and improving training programs, including creating outlines, guides, procedures, and additional resources.
- Support testing of new machine and software features, options, settings, technologies, and versions for integration into training and application operations.
- Develop and distribute documentation to customers and personnel to enhance their understanding and proper use of products.
- Travel up to 75%, domestically and internationally, as required.
- Provide technical counsel and solutions to customers for specific technical issues and applications tickets.
- Analyze technical issues and recommend solutions or escalate them to subject matter experts when necessary.
- Maintain positive rapport and business relationships with customers by delivering outstanding customer service.
