A Construction Manager is needed for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Marietta, PA area. The Construction Manager oversees the safe and efficient execution of construction and demolition activities throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, regulatory standards, and project timelines while coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering offices and main contractors to ensure smooth construction and demolition activities.
- Develop, implement, and update the Construction and Demolition Plan to coordinate all project activities.
- Ensure milestones are achieved during the construction and demolition phases.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and company standards related to construction.
- Influence design to ensure safe and maintainable plant/building construction.
- Liaise with project, corporate, and site engineering teams on construction and demolition aspects.
- Ensure mechanical completion and Installation Qualification (IQ) are on time with full documentation.
- Support construction safety managers in establishing safe systems of work.
- Enforce strict adherence to the Change Control procedure for field variations.
