Large utility is looking for a Compliance Analyst in Jackson, MI. The Compliance Analyst ensures regulatory and company compliance for gas distribution assets by managing and analyzing leak surveys, coordinating maintenance activities, and leveraging technical tools and processes to support safety and operational efficiency. responsibilities:
- Schedule, monitor, and analyze gas distribution leak surveys and all leaks found on the system.
- Use both paper and digital processes to manage leak compliance activities.
- Monitor open gas leaks (above and below ground) and assist with non-leak maintenance tasks.
- Perform technical support functions such as records management, tracking information, and maintaining logs/spreadsheets.
- Evaluate processes and programs for effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
- Provide reports and technical support materials to internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive working knowledge of SAP and SIMS.
- Knowledge of the Global Leak Process.
- Familiarity with Inspection Manager, Power BI, and GIS.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of applicable experience.
