The Procurement Specialist manages inquiries, supports multiple projects, maintains records, and enhances processes to improve efficiency, while providing administrative and customer service support in supply chain operations.

responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve day-to-day inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, both physical and digital.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
