A Project Manager is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Seattle, WA area. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end execution of Innovation and Renovation (I&R) and sustainability projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-quality delivery while driving cross-functional collaboration, resource alignment, and continuous improvement within the Project Management Office (PMO).

responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective and efficient execution of the Innovation and Renovation (I&R) and sustainability portfolio of projects.
- Plan and lead end-to-end (E2E) projects, orchestrating cross-functional teams to achieve defined goals.
- Ensure resources deliver against the business case, achieving return on investment.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) team's vision, mission, and values.
- Apply project management expertise to ensure on-scope, on-time, and on-quality project execution.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
- Define and communicate project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Identify and secure resources, escalating constraints as necessary.
- Build and manage project schedules, define critical paths, and track deliverables.
- Drive proactive opportunity and risk management, escalating critical issues to stakeholders.
- Developed project management skills and results-focused mindset.
- strong organizational and time-management abilities for managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Adaptability to perform in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Ability to prioritize and pivot between high-level and detail-oriented tasks.
- Skilled in managing complexity, ambiguity, and identifying connections between disparate facts.
- Effective leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in coaching junior project managers and functional team members.
- BA/BS required.
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in Innovation & Renovation (I&R).
- Experience with new product launches, packaging projects, and graphics changes (preferred).
- CPG or Food Service industry experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with stage-gate methodology (preferred).
- PMP certification is a plus.
