An Engineering Associate Technician for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Portage, MI area. This role provides technical support to engineers and scientists, develops procedures, prepares reports, and evaluates events to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to engineers and scientists on various technical tasks.
- Develops and recommends procedures and methods for technical tasks.
- Prepares technical reports and documentation.
- Performs technical evaluations of events to determine root causes and recommends corrective actions.
- Responsibilities are within the Technical Specialty/Skilled Trade Function, either as a generalist or in multiple disciplines.
- Requires knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.
- Follows clearly defined procedures and tasks, with guidelines to support decision-making.
- Requires judgment based on practice and previous experience.
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience.
