responsibilities:
- Lead and train warehouse staff, manage team performance, provide training, and ensure staff is meeting targets.
- Optimize staffing levels and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement using Lean principles and drive changes.
- Work with teams on process improvements and sustainability efforts.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products, managing any special projects as needed.
- Control stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Ensure warehouse equipment is running smoothly with regular maintenance.
- Work with other departments to improve warehouse operations and solve issues.
- Work with Operational Excellence to improve quality and processes.
- Handle inventory management and collaborate with other departments on logistics.
- Prepare necessary reports, manuals, and documents for management.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) that meet BRC and Lean standards.
- Evaluate and improve transportation methods for cost-effective and timely delivery.

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)
