Construction Manager opportunity to oversee a renovation project at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. This project involves building renovation, with a primary focus on HVAC replacement, as well as architectural, structural, and civil components. The client is looking for someone with a background in construction management and engineering, federal project experience, and familiarity with HVAC systems. This role requires collaboration with multiple trades, local general contractors, and mechanical contractors to ensure project success.

responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the renovation project, including HVAC replacement, architectural, structural, and civil work.
- Collaborate with multiple trades, local general contractors, and mechanical contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Evaluate competitive bids to identify the most cost-effective and qualified contractors.
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
- Provide leadership in resolving challenges and maintaining open communication with stakeholders, contractors, and on-site personnel.
- Proven construction management and engineering experience, with a focus on federal projects.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and experience working with multiple trades.
- OSHA 30 safety certification and CPR First Aid training (required)
- Procore experience is a plus.
