Company is in search of a Project Manager focusing on water resources within the Chantilly VA area. We are seeking candidates that have 6+ years of land development project management experience. Candidates will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering along with a FE or PE. responsibilities:
- Develop stormwater management concept plans
- Develop H&H models for floodplain and dam modeling
- Production of final construction documents
- Management of construction inspections
- Execution of construction administration
- Develop local and state permit applications
- Prepare technical reports
- Research regulatory codes, manuals, and standards
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Meet and coordinate with regulators to address comments and facilitate approval
- Perform contract management
- Manage clients and develop project schedules / workplans
- Supervisor for at least one (1) direct report
- Technical mentor to other team design engineers
