A Construction Management Professional Senior is needed for an engineering consulting company in the Bisbee, AZ area. This role involves leading a team to manage the design and construction of a $275M, 3-year Commercial Land Port of Entry (LPOE) project for the GSA, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met through effective construction management practices and stakeholder coordination.

responsibilities:
- Manage a team of site-based staff and apply Construction Management (CM) best practices.
- Oversee scope, schedule, cost, and quality during the design and construction phases.
- Facilitate meetings and communication across multiple stakeholders using advanced project management systems.
- Assist in developing scopes and budgets for changes in the work.
- Evaluate technical proposals and assist the client in mitigating construction cost and schedule risks.
- Monitor schedule performance, approve payment requisitions, and generate executive-level progress reports.
- Assign and optimize contributions from technical resources supporting the project.
- Expedite actions and actively resolve issues arising during design and construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a responsible-in-charge Project Manager in an Engineering or Construction organization.
