Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
- HTL qualification with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Solid Edge, NX).
- Familiarity with PDM systems (Team Center).

- Conceptualization and Development
- Participate in the conceptualization, modeling, analysis, development, documentation, and validation of hardware for new semiconductor equipment.
- Design and Materials Expertise
- Design parts using a variety of materials, including metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings/platings.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure parts are manufacturable, meeting performance and cost objectives.

- Ensure all documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam Standards, ANSI, DIN, and other applicable standards.

- Perform analytical tasks to characterize and specify designs, covering aspects like heat transfer, stress, vibration, fluid/gas dynamics, and manufacturability.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate design performance, generating comprehensive characterization data.

- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations to effectively communicate design intent, analysis, and validation during design reviews.
