We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to assist in managing the oversight and successful execution of assigned capital projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of construction management experience on public works or utility projects.
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering, construction management, or a closely related field
- Professional Engineer registration or certification from the Project Management Institute or American Academy of Project Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Familiarity with PowerPlan fixed assets software and JD Edwards accounting software.

- Supervise quality control and inspection activities, implementing improvements when needed.
- Collaborate with engineering staff to address and coordinate field changes.
- Provide periodic project status updates and reports to supervisors.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned to support project completion and operational success.
