This position is responsible for managing nonconforming materials (NCM), return material authorizations (RMA), deviations, and other quality assurance activities.
Contract Role- 6 months with a possible extension and/or full time role
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated manufacturing environment
- High School diploma is required (Bachelors preferred but not required)
- SAP experience
- Knowledge of quality regulations and standards, such as 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485
- CAPA processes and failure investigation tools and techniques
-Practical experience with design controls, risk management, validation, or change control

responsibilities:
- Provide support for managing nonconforming material (NCM), RMA, and deviations to resolve manufacturing interruptions and component quality issues promptly.
- Develop expertise in SAP workflows for RMA and NCM processes.
- Execute usage decisions for RMA in compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
- Support global projects, including system testing and communication with local stakeholders.
- Ensure adequacy and compliance of nonconformance, deviation, and CAPA records, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Assist with material inspections as needed.
- Maintain and update company documentation, such as work instructions and forms, for assigned functions.
- Promote a "Zero Defect" mentality throughout manufacturing processes.
- Provide logistics support during external audits.
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of nonconformance (NC) and deviation records.
- Plan and oversee all aspects of material containment, including physical transactions, system updates, and hold management.
