Senior Test Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering

responsibilities:
- Lead the development of test plans and solutions for new and existing PCB assemblies and systems.
- Design and verify software for functional tests and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Develop test fixtures, hardware, and software to support production and engineering tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PCB testability and manufacturing feasibility.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractor test methods and manage test flow for new products.
- Provide technical field support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Act as a project manager for test plans, ensuring cost control and effective test execution.
- MSEE or BSEE degree (or equivalent).
- 7-10 years in developing and implementing test plans for new products.
- Proficiency in NI LabVIEW, Corelis JTag, and advanced software languages.
- Experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, schematic entry tools (PADS Logic), and PCB testing.
- Familiarity with microprocessors, programmable logic, and digital/analog design is highly desirable.
- Expertise in designing test architecture and developing cost-effective test solutions.
- Solid technical writing skills for test procedures, documentation, and software.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide hands-on customer support as needed.
