Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Process Engineer. This position is located near Springfield, Ohio. The Process Engineer will assist in cost reduction and efficiency improvements across the injection molding department.
Salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $105K, plus other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Collect and analyze data to help drive molding process improvements which includes performance KPI's and scrap reduction
- Plan, validate, and implement activities and projects to meet cost reduction targets
- Provide hands on technical assistance and leadership with the molding department to help meet our production goals
