We have an immediate direct hire need for a detail-oriented, proactive maintenance lead to join this fast-growing team in NYC. In this role, you'll ensure properties are in top condition for guests by preparing new units, handling guest emergencies, and managing repairs. You'll work closely with the Operations team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Operations Managers to ensure appliances, Wi-Fi, and smart devices are working properly.
- Check apartments to make sure everything is functioning, from plumbing to electronics, and lead repairs when something is broken.
- Quickly solve issues like broken appliances or Wi-Fi problems to avoid guest disruptions.
- Help prepare units for the next guest by overseeing repairs, restocking supplies, and making sure everything works smoothly.
- Lead a small team to complete tasks like repairs and system checks.
- Use mobile apps and internal tools to track tasks and ensure everything meets quality standards.
- Check property systems such as lighting, heating, and appliances to ensure they are in good condition.
- Assist with special projects like managing equipment, filming videos, or organizing various tasks.
- Work to quickly solve any technical problems that arise with the support of the customer experince team.
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)
