A Lead Product Line Manager is needed for a multinational corporation that is involved in the design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and sales of athletic apparel, equipment, accessories, and services in the Beaverton, OR area. This position will lead footwear product development by driving trends, collaboration, and strategic growth.

responsibilities:
- Oversee color, graphics, and materials for footwear product lines.
- Develop a cohesive product line and model journeys for men's, women's, and kids' footwear.
- Gather insights from athletes and runners to inform product development.
- Collaborate with design, development, and engineering to create new footwear models.
- Ensure business results related to revenue growth, profitability, pricing margins, and productivity.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies to meet cost and margin goals.
- Maintain accuracy in internal product management systems.
- Deliver presentations at internal and external meetings.
- Work closely with merchandising and brand teams to align on key initiatives.
- Support the running product management team in planning and strategic decision-making.
- Design, tech development, merchandising, and brand teams to create industry-leading running shoes.
- Cross-functional teams to integrate insights, trends, and business strategies into product development.
- Bachelor's degree or two additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Five or more years of product experience in footwear, retail, merchandising, or design.
- strong understanding of running culture and trends.
- Proven experience in product line management, franchise management, and strategic decision-making.
- Ability to forecast trends and translate them into compelling products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

- Experience in women's high fashion, brands, retail, merchandising, or design.
