Join a growing team that has been in the food and beverage industry for almost 30 years as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role you will train and supervisor maintenance personnel to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical production equipment. There will be times where you will be exposed to cold environments in this role. This is a direct hire role with the opportunity to earn a bonus. Candidates must have leadership skills and be willing to be flexible regarding your work schedule.

responsibilities:
- Train maintenance personnel on repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic components
- Direct daily duties and tasks of maintenance team
- Perform minor facilities maintenance repairs
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Experience leading maintenance personnel
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience with using a CMS
