The EPC Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of small-to-medium-sized gas infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met while collaborating across departments, managing risks, and driving process improvements. responsibilities:
- Plan and manage small-to-medium-sized projects of moderate-to-high complexity.
- Ensure project results deliver positive business value.
- Meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans to achieve project objectives with timely deliverables.
- Identify initial risks, issues, and constraints impacting project execution.
- Work collaboratively with other functional areas to develop project tasks and deliverables.
- Ensure successful project execution by facilitating teamwork across departments.
- Assume communication lead throughout the life cycle of the project.
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of development concurrently.
- Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of project expenditures.
- strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, meeting facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work across departments to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
- Proven ability to gain trust, mobilize teams, and resolve conflicts.
- Engineering or business degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of engineering/business experience with a proven ability to manage small-to-medium projects simultaneously.
- PMP Certification required within 3 years of starting the position.
