responsibilities:
- Assist in managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure effective use of resources and adherence to project deadlines.
- Lead engineering projects by monitoring progress and performance against the project plan.
- Identify and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
- Serve as an individual contributor, applying professional expertise and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate professional knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience, supplementing formal education.
- Apply principles and concepts of the relevant subject or technical discipline to resolve issues as they arise.
