responsibilities:
- Serve as Quarterback for the project: Direct all project flow, manage all moving parts of the project
- Formalize/finalize orders and follow documentation to ensure accuracy
- Serve as primary point of contact to customers, vendors, internal teams, as relates to assigned projects
- Work with internal teams on accuracy of pricing, scope, and scheduling
- Liaise between customers on issues/questions and internal teams on manufacturing, design, and planning
- BS related degree a plus
- Required: undertsanding of how a design/build project flows
- 3+ yrs experience in a role related to construction management, project management, estimating, etc
- Knowledge of building construction
- Leadership mindset required, even if you have not yet led
- Ability to multi task effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
