Industry leader in a great location is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join the team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, performing repairs, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives on production equipment. You should have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. This is a company and site with very low turnover, due to strong company culture and good benefits and pay. Second shift with as much opportunity for OT as you want.

responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions on production equipment
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, and wiring
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize equipment performance and reliability
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
- strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
